Release #1
Our first release of beautiful single malt whisky, a marrying of 2 ex-bourbon (Oola) quarter casks aged for 3 years and proofed to 40%abv. Starting with BC grown malted barley, mashed manually and fermented with our house champagne yeast, and double distilled with a direct-fire stainless steel pot still. Released only in 375ml and 50ml bottles to make sure as many people could get a chance to try it as possible and only available directly through our Indegogo campaign, this whisky will remain a special and unique bottle.

Release #2
Second release of our single malt whisky, aged for 1-2 years on ex-bourbon quarter casks and finished on a full sized Willett barrel. Scheduled for release April 2022 in 2 batches, 100 bottles at cask strength (Indegogo exclusive) the remainder to be proofed to 40% and bottled in 750ml bottles. This was the first release that will be available to stores.
